What types of identification do you accept?

To enter any of Capturing Edens locations, each customer will need one piece of valid government-issued photo ID. IDs from outside of Canada may be accepted.

Photos or printouts of IDs will not be accepted.

IDs accepted at Capturing Eden:

- Ontario Driver's License

- Ontario Photo Card

- Canadian Passport

- Canadian Citizenship Card

- Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card

- Certificate of Indian Status Card (issued by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada)

- Permanent Resident Card (Issued by the Government of Canada)

Why does everyone have to show i.d at your stores?

Asking all who enter our store to present ID is a way for Capturing Eden to set a standard in the communities that it is in, that we are stringent with everyone hoping to deter minors. We also are obligated to ensure a patron is not intoxicated before entering or purchasing cannabis; by asking for ID this is way for a Budtender to get an additional opportunity to make a determination in order to keep themselves, and others safe.

Oh No! We are sorry to hear. But don’t worry send us an email to contactus@capturingeden.com and we will get in touch with the store, and check on your item.

What methods of payment does capturing eden accept?

We currently accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Giftcard

Absolutely! You’re order will be ready and waiting for you when we open the next day.
